The terms on which SparkleLeads provides SEO and digital marketing services. Please read them carefully.
Last updated: 1 August 2026
These terms of business ("Terms") govern the services provided by SparkleLeads ("we", "us", "our") to you, the client. By engaging us or accepting a proposal, you agree to these Terms.
We provide SEO and digital marketing services, which may include Local SEO, Google Business Profile optimisation, AI SEO, technical and on-page SEO, link building, website design and paid advertising. The specific services, deliverables and timescales for your project will be set out in a separate proposal or statement of work agreed between us.
Our services are provided on a rolling monthly basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Either party may end the engagement by giving 30 days' written notice, unless a different notice period is stated in your proposal.
To deliver our services effectively we may need timely access to your website, Google Business Profile, analytics and other accounts, along with accurate information and prompt feedback. Delays in providing access or approvals may affect timescales and results.
SEO and digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms and competitor activity. While we use proven, ethical methods and work hard to improve your visibility and enquiries, we cannot and do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue outcomes. Any figures shown on our website or in proposals are illustrative examples, not promises.
Ownership of deliverables such as content and web pages passes to you once the related fees are paid in full. We retain ownership of our own tools, methods, templates and know-how. You grant us permission to reference your business and results as a case study unless you tell us otherwise in writing.
Each party will keep the other's confidential information private and use it only to perform or receive the services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or revenue.
On termination, you remain responsible for fees for services performed up to the end of the notice period. We will provide a reasonable handover of your accounts and any paid-for deliverables.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
